Shipping and Delivery

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate all over the world. Nothing means more to us than providing our customers with great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all of our customers, providing service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.

How are the packages shipped?

Packages from our warehouse in Puerto Rico will be shipped by USPS. We personally prepare each package with care so that it can reach your home safely.

Send to everyone?

At the moment, no, we only deliver to Puerto Rico and the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us at ja.technomarine@yahoo.com

My tracking says, "no information available at this time."

In some cases, it may take 1-3 business days for the shipping information for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at ja.technomarine@yahoo.com

 

Will my items be shipped in a package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. This is because we insure each item separately.

Can I edit my order once it's placed?

Sure thing! Simply contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and they will help you with any necessary changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped. To cancel, please contact our Customer Service team. In some cases, there may be a restocking fee or delivery fee if the order is canceled after it has already been picked up for delivery.

Are the colors on the website accurate?

The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual color of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings.
